Meet Our Founder
Noriko Wade enjoys doing good work with great people to solve challenging problems.
Noriko has spent the last 20 years in industry supporting innovation and strategic execution at both large enterprise like Cisco, GE, and JP Morgan Chase to small software startups.
Her experience over the years has taught her that while technology and time constantly changes the difference maker in success lies in the ability to lean into the power of people, process and purpose.
Noriko lives in North Carolina with her family. In her free time she enjoys gardening, learning new things, traveling and cheering for the UNC Tarheels.
